This page explains what Xperior Aviation Detailing does with your information when you request a quote, book a clean, or simply read the site. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect what you type into our forms so we can quote and carry out the work. We measure how the site is used, but only if you accept cookies. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we are
Xperior Aviation Detailing provides aircraft valeting across the United Kingdom. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described below. If you want anything on this page explained, corrected or deleted, email info@xperioraviation.com.
What we collect, and why

Cookies
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you choose Accept on the banner. Decline and none are written; the site works exactly the same either way.
- Necessary – a small amount of browser storage that remembers your cookie choice and, if you sign in, keeps you signed in. These are always on because the site cannot function without them.
- Analytics and advertising – Google Analytics, used to count visits, see which pages lead to enquiries, and build audiences so our adverts reach people who have already looked at the site. Off unless you accept.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of suppliers to run the site and the business. They process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Booking and job records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes. Analytics data is retained by Google according to the setting on our property, and is not linked to your name.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email info@xperioraviation.com and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
