The aircraft leaves your hangar looking like it left the showroom.

An engineer cleaning an aircraft is an engineer not doing engineering.
The clean still has to happen. It just does not have to happen at shop rate.
A full clean is a few hours on a light jet and most of a day on a heavy. In most shops that time comes off the end of an engineer’s day.
So cleaning gets paid for at engineering rates, and the next aircraft waits. Give it to us and your engineers stay on engineering - and the handover still happens on the date you promised.
Hydraulic fluid and lubricants reach panels, gear legs and bay doors. They stain if they sit, and they smear rather than lift without the right product.
Handprints and knee marks gather wherever there is something to brace against. Skin oil bonds to paint and shows worst on dark schemes.
Workshop dust settles on every horizontal surface and carries into the cabin through open doors, onto trim and carpet as well as paint. It gets lifted off rather than wiped along.
What a handover clean covers.
Airframe and cabin, inside your hangar.
How we work alongside a maintenance operation.
Around your schedule, not through it.
We fit the handover slot
Tell us when the aircraft is due out and we plan backwards, so the clean finishes before the customer arrives.
No wash bay needed
Rinseless wash method for the exterior, so you don’t require a wash bay or drainage. All the work is done mobile.
Set rates for your team
No complicated quotes. Your team receives our service rates in categories - light jets, medium, heavy and ultra long range.
A record for the file
Dated before and after photos on every aircraft, so there is something on file if a customer queries a mark.
Before you call
The questions shops ask us first.
Short answers to the practical things.
Yes. We send the certificate over before the first visit. If a customer needs specific wording or needs us named, tell us and we will arrange it.
We work to them - induction, site rules, sign-in, permits and escorts. If a clean needs raising or signing off against your system, tell us how you want it documented.
Usually, yes. We plan around the work rather than waiting for the hangar to clear, and we stay off anything still open or waiting to be signed off.
Ours, and the same team each time wherever we can manage it. Trained on aircraft surfaces rather than general valeting, briefed on your site beforehand, and holding airside passes where the location needs them.
Aviation-approved products, and we will send the data sheets if your safety team wants them on file. Nothing goes near fresh paint, fresh sealant or an open panel until we have asked what has been done to it.
Every aircraft gets dated before and after photos, so a mark that was there on arrival can be shown to have been. If something is ours, we deal with it.
Access and power. No wash bay, no drainage, no water supply - we bring the products and the kit with us.
Give us the release date and we work back from it, out of hours included. Most aircraft are a single visit, and same-day is available when the slot needs it.

Xperior has been nothing short of exceptional for our PC12 fleet. Flexibility, availability, quality of work when compared with the price is a no-brainer. Cannot recommend them enough.
