A crew walks into your building and asks whether the aircraft can be cleaned before the afternoon departure. The answer they want is yes with a time attached - not that you will make some calls and come back to them.
We are set up to be the reason you can say yes. A known response time, a crew who have been through your induction, and work that reflects on you rather than embarrassing you. Our response time at every airfield is published, so you can quote one without checking first.
Crews and operators remember which FBO sorted things out and which one shrugged. Being the place that can turn a cabin round is a real reason to choose a ramp, and it is a line you can mark up.
The alternative is worse than neutral. Recommending a cleaner you do not control means their bad day becomes your reputation, on your ramp, in front of your customer.
Which is why we work as an extension of your operation. Our technicians are insured, trained, vetted and briefed on your procedures before they go airside, and they behave like your staff because as far as the customer is concerned they are.
We can invoice you and stay entirely in the background, or deal with the operator directly and keep you out of the admin. Whichever suits the relationship you have with them.
And we are straight about timing. If the ground time genuinely will not take a clean we say so up front, because a delayed departure on your ramp is your problem, not ours, and we are not willing to cause one.

You need to give the crew an answer now. We hold known response times per base so you can commit without checking first.
We do not create delays
The clean fits the ground time or it does not happen. We will tell you which before we start, not halfway through.
Subcontract: you book us, we invoice you, and the customer sees your name on the work throughout. You control the margin and the relationship.
Referral: you pass the operator our details, we deal with them directly, and you are out of the admin entirely. You still get the credit for solving it.
Either way, the crew, the products, the procedures and the photo report are the same. The only thing that changes is who gets the invoice.
