A cabin that is clean where hands actually go.
Touch points, galley and lavatory done properly, with products chosen for aircraft interiors. Not a building contractor with a fogger.

Most of a cabin is barely touched. A small part of it is touched constantly.
Those are not the same cleaning job.
A cabin valet makes the interior look right. Sanitisation is about the surfaces people put their hands on - seat belt buckles, armrest ends, table latches, switch panels, door handles, the lavatory. Small areas, high contact, and easy to walk past when you are working through a cabin visually.
The two overlap but they are not the same pass. One is finished when the cabin looks right; the other is finished when a list has been worked through - which is why we do it against a checklist rather than by eye.
The touch points. Seat belt buckles, armrests, tray tables, window shades, door handles, the lavatory. The parts of a cabin that get held rather than looked at.
The galley. Surfaces, handles, the inside of every locker and the seals around the chiller - where spills go unnoticed and stay.
The places a vacuum does not reach. Seat rails, the gaps between cushions, under the seats and behind the trim, which is where anything dropped in flight ends up.
How we do it.
To a checklist, with products chosen for the surfaces.
Touch points as a list, not a look
Buckles, latches, switches, handles and controls worked through in order. A visual pass misses them by design, because none of them look dirty.
Products matched to the interior
Leather, veneer, acrylic and plated metal all get what suits them. Nothing that dries out hide or clouds a window.
Galley and lavatory properly
The two areas that take the longest and get rushed most. They are the ones a passenger notices.
Honest about what it is
This is thorough cleaning of an aircraft interior. We do not make clinical claims and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Between charter customers who do not know each other. A private owner accepts their own cabin. A paying passenger boarding after strangers is a different expectation entirely.
After illness on board, or a spill that soaked in. Both need extraction and both get worse the longer they sit - a same-day response is the difference between a clean and a replacement.
Before the aircraft goes back into service after a layup. A cabin that has been shut up for weeks smells like it, and that is the first thing anyone notices when the door opens.

Xperior has been nothing short of exceptional for our PC12 fleet. Flexibility, availability, quality of work when compared with the price is a no-brainer. Cannot recommend them enough.
